Trailering with camper canvas

I'm considering buying a 300 out of state, and it comes with a trailer. The boat has brand-new camper canvas fitted, but I'm unsure if it can handle highway speeds around 70 mph. Is it safe to tow with the canvas in place, or should I remove and pack it beforehand?

That's a lot of drag and wind resistance at those speeds. I wouldn't try it. You could try to remove and pack the camper canvas, but i still thing 70 is a lot for towing something like this at least in terms of safety.
