Tank and winter boat work

I recently picked up a 1992 Sea Ray 370 with twin D-Tronic MerCruiser diesels and found an unused tank under the helm, it might've been a holding tank, though the head flushes out the stern, I am also seeing water near the midship heater...well I am tackling things slowly

This boat's already teaching me patience! Lol
I'll dig into the water issue this weekend and see if it's a leak or just condensation, it feels good to finally start sorting things out.
